After the 30 days have passed, you will receive your refund in the form of an online store credit.

Special Orders: We welcome Special Orders, it is our pleasure to fulfill the customer's every wish. A Special Order is an order for a product that we do not carry regularly or a larger quantity then what we have in-stock. Special Orders are processed and completed to the customers specifications. Special Orders are excluded from our return policy, meaning that there is no refund or exchange on Special Orders. Please use the return label that accompanies your order for any return. You must get a Return Authorization Number before returning your item this enables us to keep track of your return. Orders leave our warehouse within 2-3 business days by UPS or US Mail. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery. The minimum charge is $5.64 base and $.43 per additional pound.

We do not back order products. If an item is out of stock, the shopping cart will tell you. If we accept your order and later learn that we cannot ship a product, we will remove it and any charge from your order and notify you that we are out of stock.
