Energy, motivation and brains are more important than your work/school history. The intern should enjoy working with beauty products.

* Marketing *
Help plan & implement the overall marketing, public relations, advertising and promotional programs for CosmeticMall.com. Then analyze the results of the efforts.

* Merchandising *
Help with the online product presentation, promotions and daily merchandising matters. Incorporate various product materials (photos, brochures, websites etc.) to present a clear product & brand image to shoppers. Analyze sales trends. Work directly with the brands.

* PR/Promotional *
Help plan, write, implement and follow up with the PR/Promotional program. Deal directly with magazines, TV, Radio and websites. Come up with creative ways to gain exposure. Must have excellent phone manner.

* Technical *
The intern will work on programming, hardware & software issues of the e-commerce site and PC's & LAN in our offices. Responsibilities are based on your abilities.

* Graphics *
Work directly with the Webmaster to maintain and improve the look & feel of the website. Create the product & graphic images seen on CosmeticMall.com. Photography experience a plus. Must be proficient in PhotoShop or similar graphics/photo software. Mac or PC.

Skills Needed:
Excellent internet, email & organization skills. Basic spreadsheet & word processing. Ability to quickly assimilate new info. Reliable and able to work independently.

Salary:
Our Internships are typically unpaid. We will assist you in getting school credit. Employee discount, casual office, flexible hours. Full or part-time.
