My Account
Order Status & History
To track an order click on My Account and log in using your email address and password. Click on check order status and view the status of all your current and past orders. If you need further assistance or updates on your orders please contaxt our Customer Service at customerservice@cosmeticmall.com.
Registration & Log In
To register all you need to do is create an account by providing your name, e-mail, and password HERE. All passwords and information provided to us on our web site is 100% secured and not shared with outside sources.
The rest of your account information can be filled in at your leisure by going to My Account including billing and shipping address and personal profile for fast checkout. Once registered, you can check your order status, order history, and My Account info anytime.
I forgot my password
For security reasons, Cosmeticmall.com requires a password for signing-in to your account. If you have forgotten your password, simply click Log In and in the space provided type in your email address and click the arrow. Your password will be sent to your email inbox.
Update My Address
To update your address click on My Account and sign in. To change your address simply click on Update Address and type in your updated information. If this is the address you wish to use for shipping your orders, check the default address box and click Create. This will update your shipping address and use this new address as your default address for all shipments.
Update E-mail/Password
To update your E-mail/Password click on My Account and sign in then click on Update Profile and enter your new information. Be sure to save changes by clicking the arrow marked "save above changes".
Update Payment Methods
To update your Payment Methods click on My Account and sign in. To change your payment method simply click on Update Payment Info and type in your updated information. Please make sure that you click Save to ensure that your updated information is saved to your account.
Special Offers/Update E-mails
To receive Coupons & Specials Email Updates go to:
My Account > Update Profile and check the "Join our Coupons & Specials list" box. Be sure to save changes.
