Placing Online Orders
You can order quickly and easily through Cosmeticmall.com.
To add items to your shopping basket, simply click the Buy button next to the
item you wish to purchase.
To remove an item, Click the View Shopping Basket icon in the top right corner
of your screen.
Check the BOX below REMOVE and Click Update Changes.
To change the Quantity of items in your Shopping Basket, change the number in
the box under the # Items and click Update Changes.

We accept all major credit cards, check or money order.
Redeeming eGift
Certificates
e-Gift Certificates can be easily redeemed online when placing your order or by
telephone when placing an order via phone.
When using an e-Gift Certificate for payment on both the website & through
our Customer Service area we ask for your credit card information for security
purposes ONLY to validate who the consumer is.
If the Gift Certificate is enough to cover the entire order including shipping
and handling your credit card will not be charged. If the order total with
shipping and handling comes to more than the amount of your e-gift certificate
your credit card will be billed for the difference.
To redeem your e-gift certificate on line follow the same steps for placing an
Order. Enter your billing and shipping information in the space provided and
continue to the check out area.
After you have entered in your credit card information you will be able to
enter in the e-gift certificate number so that you can proceed to check out.
Sales Tax
8.75% Sales tax is charged for New York State shipments only.
No tax is charged for orders delivered outside New York.

Order Confirmation
E-mails
An automatic order confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail.
If you do not have an e-mail address please make sure to copy down your order
confirmation number when you complete your check out.
Canceling & Modifying
Orders
We would like nothing better than to accommodate your request, however, as an
on line business, orders are processed at a very fast rate. In fact, the time
between order submission, to warehouse(s) receipt is immediate. Once an order
has been submitted it is very difficult to alter or cancel.
** All cancellations/modifications are subject to the order status and will be
reviewed by the Customer Service Agent.
Order Status
To check the status of your order you have several different options :
Online - Click on
My Account and log in using your email
address and password. Once you have signed into your account you can check the
status of your order by clicking Check Order Status located on the left side of
your screen. Click on check order status and view the status of all your
current and past orders.
Email - Click on
My Account once you have signed into your
account you can send an email to our customer service department by clicking
Order Inquiry located on the left side of your screen. Fill in the form
provided for you and click Send Inquiry. Our customer service department makes
all efforts to reply to all email inquiries the day they are received but
please allow up to 2 business days for a reply to be received.
