Shipping Cost
$5.95 plus an additional $.93 cents per pound.
Shipping Delivery
Orders leave our warehouse within 2-3 business days by UPS or US Mail. Please allow 7-10 business days from date of shipment for delivery.

Expedited Shipping
Use the checkboxes in your Basket to mark products to ship via 2nd-Day Delivery. The additional charge is $10 for each item. Please allow 12-24 for your package to leave our warehouse this is in addition to the 2nd Day Delivery service.

International Orders
For International shipping simply select the
International Checkout option from our Shopping Basket.
Alaska, Hawaii & US-Protectorates
These orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Shipping. Look for your 2-letter state code when checking out.
These delivery addresses may require additional shipping time and certain restrictions may apply.
Please allow between 2-4 weeks for delivery.
US-Protectorates: American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands

Returns & Exchanges
All items purchased through CosmeticMall.com have a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.
If you are not satisfied for any reason you may return the product for a full refund (even if you have tried the product).
Currently, no exchanges are accepted. Only a return can be processed, and then a new order may be issued for the item desired. We regret that original shipping costs and return freight charges cannot be refunded. When returning an item, please pack the goods securely and keep a record of the method and date of your return shipment as we will not be responsible if the item is damaged or lost in transit back to us. Special Orders and Sale Items are excluded. Some personal care items are excluded due to health regulations and sanitary concerns.
Email us with your order number at Returns@Cosmeticmall.com to receive a Return Authorization number.
Return Confirmation E-mail
A Return Authorization number ( RA# ) will be sent to you via e-mail with your confirmation approval for the return. Please make sure that this RA# appears on the outside of your package as well as inside the package with your product. This will ensure that the product is received and processed correctly.
