Shipping Cost
$3.95 plus an additional $1.25 per pound.
Delivery Times
Orders are normally shipped from our warehouse within 2-24 hours (Mon-Fri). We select the fastest ground shipping method from Fedex, UPS, or US Mail. Beneath each product you will see any special delivery time notes (eg: “Ships in 1-2 days”)

Expedited Shipping
The only expedited option we offer is “2nd-Day Delivery”. You can select it in your Shopping Basket. The additional charge is $10 for each item. Please allow time for your package to leave our warehouse in addition to the 2nd Day Delivery service. If you have special shipping needs we can usually accommodate them, email:

International Orders
For International shipping simply select the
"International Checkout" option in your Shopping Basket.
Alaska, Hawaii & US-Protectorates
These orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Shipping. Look for your 2-letter state code when checking out.
These delivery addresses may require additional shipping time and certain restrictions may apply.
Please allow between 1-4 weeks for delivery.
US-Protectorates: American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands

Returns & Exchanges
All items purchased through CosmeticMall.com have a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.
If you are not satisfied for any reason you may return the product for a full refund (even if you have tried the product).
We cannot issue a refund until we receive your return. Sorry, no exchanges are allowed. Only a return can be processed, and then a new order may be placed for the item desired. We regret that original shipping costs and return freight charges cannot be refunded unless the return is due to our error. When returning an item, please pack the goods securely and keep a record of the method and date of your return shipment as we will not be responsible if the item is damaged or lost in transit back to us. Special Orders, Sale and Discontinued items cannot be returned.
Some personal care items cannot be returned due to health regulations. This includes: Hairbrushes, Sensual Products, Lingerie, underwear, bathing suits.
Email or call us with your order number: Returns@Cosmeticmall.com or 1-800-805-5493 to receive a Return Authorization number ( RA# ). Please write the RA# on the outside of your package.
