Jay Katz, President, COO & CTO,
has held significant marketing, advertising, sales and management positions both in and out of the cosmetics industry. Working over the years at his father’s company West Cabot Cosmetics (now Cabot), Jay gained firsthand experience with manufacturing, sales and distribution. After graduating from George Washington University, he created marketing and advertising programs for consumer products companies at Wexler Marketing Group. He worked in sales, marketing, and product development for Primex International, one of the largest importers of private label consumer products. He was National Sales Manager for Tweezerman Corp. were he doubled the growth rate of the retail business by signing several major national accounts. Jay possesses a wide range of computer and Internet experience and leads the CosmeticMall.com technical process. He manages all of the Mall's operations and departments. His management style is friendly, open and honest and he is concerned about providing a healthy atmosphere for his employees and everyone he works with. His two dogs Dottie & DaVinci are always by his side.
