Jay Katz, President, COO & CTO,
has held significant marketing, advertising, sales and management positions
both in and out of the cosmetics industry. Working over the years at West Cabot
Cosmetics, Jay gained first hand experience with manufacturing and
distribution. He created marketing and advertising programs for consumer
products companies and associations at Wexler Marketing Group. He worked in
sales, marketing, and product development for Primex International, one of the
largest importers of private label consumer products. He was National Sales
Manager for Tweezerman, Corp. were he doubled the growth rate of the retail
business by signing several major national accounts. Jay possesses a wide range
of computer and Internet experience and leads the CosmeticMall.com technical
process. He also manages all of the Mall's operations and departments.

Tabatha Clifford, Director of Technology &
Operations, has been with CosmeticMall.com since 1999. She
brings an exceptional level of expertise in managing people and multiple
projects to the executive team from her work at Suzelle Enterprises, an
industry leader in full-function talent management.
With Tabatha’s diverse professional experience and education in Information
Technology, Database/Web Development & Administration she successfully
works with Jay Katz, CosmeticMall President to operate, plan, develop and
execute overall business and technical operations and growth. She is
instrumental in the ongoing collaborative effort to keep CosmeticMall on the
cutting edge of the web and beauty industries. She remains involved in all
aspects of the company’s daily operations, including implementing company and
customer care policies to ensure a positive experience for both employees and
customers. She manages dealings with several top brands and is active in
evaluating new brands and relationships.
As a member of C.E.W. (Cosmetic Executive Women), Tabatha is dedicated to her
career in the Cosmetic Industry. She proclaims that her love for technology,

Stanley Katz, Retired, brings over
thirty years of tightly focused beauty and cosmetics industry experience to
CosmeticMall.com. In 1969 he co-founded West Cabot Cosmetics (now Cabot Labs),
an innovative haircare, skincare, makeup, nail and fragrance products
manufacturer and distributor. Cabot successfully produced for and sold through
domestic and international chain drug, mass merchandiser, and supermarket
distribution channels. In 1989, Mr. Katz founded Katco Industries, a resource
for the manufacture and development of specialty consumer products for retail,
direct mail, and television distribution. In focusing on one to one marketing,
he became interested in the Internet as a direct selling vehicle and created
CosmeticMall.com in 1996.
He also founded
www.CosmeticIndex.com, the premier business-to-business
portal site for the cosmetic industry. Since 1999, Mr. Katz has also served as
Chairman of the Board of ICMAD (Independent Cosmetic Manufacturers and
Distributors), a national trade association representing more than 700
companies.
